Monica Farrow is an advisor to Grayson & Co. Her political career began in 2005 as a legislative aide in the office of Rep. Patrick McHenry of North Carolina. Subsequently, she has worked for notable public affairs and consulting firms, such as The Stewart Group serving as CEO, Americans for a Balanced Budget as executive director, and DCI Group. She has accumulated several decades of experience working in the political arena and more than 13 years in public affairs on both the state and federal levels.

Monica’s extensive experience in politics and business allows her to provide valuable client insights. Monica earned a bachelor of arts in political science from Auburn University, a master of science in management and leadership from Coker University, and a master in government from Johns Hopkins University.

Born in Columbia, South Carolina, and reared in Atlanta, Georgia, Monica has pursued her career in Washington, DC, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Monica serves as secretary on the Tennessee Polk County Industrial Economic Development Board and is an American government adjunct professor at Georgia Military College.
