Jon Harsch is an advisor to Grayson & Co. He is founder and CEO of Taskforce.app, a platform designed to bridge the gap between organizations of people and governments. With guidance from a growing number of strategic thinkers in the legal and policy-making spaces, he has built a suite of tools designed to help organizations manage their public policy goals, risks, and opportunities

Previously, Jon was co-founder and CEO of 202Works, the largest technology platform for public affairs, regulatory, and public relations expertise. 202Works has 53,000 professional profiles and 13 million company pages, tracking news, advocacy, funding, and representation data.

Jon has more than 15 years’ experience in government affairs, with a specialization in financial services policy. At the federal level, he has represented over 50 companies and non-profits, including the Association for Financial Professionals, the Consumer Credit Industry Association, Fitch Ratings, and CUNA Mutual. Jon has also worked on health care, consumer protection, and homeland security issues, representing clients such as Amerigroup, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Operation Hope, and the Early Care and Education Consortium.

Earlier, Jon served as a director, vice president, and partner at Washington, DC firms and has worked on local, state, and federal campaigns in New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Virginia, Washington DC, and Wisconsin, including Tammy Baldwin for Senate (2012), Obama for President (2008), and Tim Kaine for Governor (2005).

Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in government from Cornell University. He splits his time between his primary residence in Washington, DC and San Francisco.
